Center for Neurodevelopmental Disabilities

The Center for Neurodevelopmental Disabilities has a multidisciplinary team set up to diagnose, treat, educate and consult children with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. The NeuroDevelopmental Disabilities Clinic ( NDD clinic) is a specialty clinic serving children and adolescents. Patients participate in a multidisciplinary evaluation by a team of professionals and specialists which may include: Pediatric Neurologist, Developmental Pediatrician, Clinical Child Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker. Combining resources from multiple disciplines allows us to perform detailed diagnostic analysis and determine the best treatment options.We are here to give your child the best care possible while partnering with you through the treatment process.

During an assessment the following diagnostic spproaches may be utilized:

  • Neurological Evaluation
  • Cognitive or Developmental Assessment
  • Speech/language Evaluation
  • Record Review

  • Assistance with school requirements

To Prepare for your First Visit:

Please do the following:

  • Print and Fill out the New Patient Intake questionnaire
  • Check with your Insurance that our providers are covered
  • Read our Cover Letter
  • Gather all Reports to bring to the appointment. These include Lab reports, School Evaluations, and the IEP.
    Please bring a copy of what you have.
